Products & Availability

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and pricing are as accurate as possible.

As many items sold by GoldenVault are collectible products, slight variations in packaging, print quality or condition may naturally occur.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or updated at any time.

Product Photography

Wherever possible, GoldenVault uses real photographs of the exact item being sold, particularly for graded cards, premium singles and handmade artwork.

Some lower-value cards and accessories may occasionally use representative product images.

Card Condition & Collectibles

Where possible, photographs form part of the item description and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Condition assessments of raw trading cards are subjective and may vary between collectors, buyers and grading companies. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

Graded cards are sold according to the grade assigned by the relevant grading company. GoldenVault is not responsible for any future changes in market value, grading standards or opinions regarding a card's condition.

As collectible products, trading cards may naturally contain minor manufacturing imperfections that do not affect their functionality or authenticity.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in GBP (£).

GoldenVault reserves the right to update pricing, product availability and product information at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

GoldenVault reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including in cases involving:

pricing errors
suspected fraud
unavailable stock
technical or administrative errors

In the even that an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery and returns are governed by GoldenVault's Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to review the Delivery & Returns Policy before placing an order.

GoldenVault aims to dispatch orders within the timescales stated in the Delivery & Returns Policy, although delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

GoldenVault cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Where an order is returned due to an incorrect address being provided, additional postage charges may be required before the order can be re-dispatched.

International Orders

International shipping may be available depending on destination and order size.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

GoldenVault cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processes in destination countries.

GoldenVault reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to destinations where shipping services are unavailable, restricted or deemed unsuitable.

Returns & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact GoldenVault as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Where customers exercise their right to return an item under applicable consumer legislation, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

Handmade Artwork & Mosaics

Card mosaics and handmade artwork are individually created pieces and may contain small natural variations due to the handmade nature of the product.

Custom commissions may be discussed separately depending on availability and project requirements.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos and original artwork created by GoldenVault remain the property of GoldenVault unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of products.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer legislation.
